Weather In Afghanistan

The weather in Afghanistan is mostly determined by it's geography. Being landlocked, in the Middle East, and located on a mountainous plateau. Because of it's vast size, the climates are extremely varied. For example, far northern Afghanistan is hardly different from the Himalayas. While southern Afghanistan can become very hot in it's desert climate. Much of Afghanistan is vulnerable to waves of cold in the months: May too November.
