Afghanistan has a unique cuisine. This is because they are at a major geographic cross roads. Here the bland food of there western neighbors combines with the spicy food of there eastern borders. This tasteful blend results in something not to hot and flavorful enough to not be bland. This makes for many different foods, from many different cultures.
